Antique Shop Horrors: 21 January 2014

I would think that as a general rule brass is probably not the best medium through which to create someone’s portrait.

Additionally, I would add another rule of thumb: In the event you decide to use brass as your medium to create someone’s portrait, it will probably not look very nice as adornment for a bellows.

Disapproving bellows woman disapproves of my shenanigans.

  1. You’d look disapproving, too, if your portrait was done on a brass bellows. That’s probably the look she gave when she found out what the final.piece would be done on.

    1. “Gladys and Ethel have their portraits done on oil and canvas. I get mine on a brass bellows. I’m going to be the laughingstock of the entire bridge club!”
