Long Time No See

It’s been quite a while since I’ve posted — or, indeed, even been online.  I’ve had a few people ask how things are, so I figured I’d give an update here.

The Wee Little Miss received a Very Nice Camera as a gift, and has become nearly completely immersed in photography.  If you’re interested, you can follow her here.  Here is one of her recent shots:

The Little Goat, Noel, is not quite so little any more.  Hard to believe he is nearly two months old, now!  Patch is a great momma, and we are all proud of her.  Take a look at how he’s grown!

 

The llamas, Tina and Fran, are becoming more friendly by the day.

The kitten that we rescued from the pasture in the middle of the night back in mid-September has really become quite the little princess of the household.  She has become best friends with our younger dog, Mittens, and very much appreciates the safety and warmth of the house.

Our other dog, Okie, is appreciating the opportunity to become the standard “lazy hound”, now that the cat is around to keep Mittens busy.

We have leased out half of our pasture to a local rancher, which has been great.  He takes good care of his animals and the pasture, while we are still in the prep stages of getting the farm going.  Everybody wins.

The Hubbster has recovered nicely from his heart attacks, I am studying like a crazy person, as is the Wee Little Miss.  In a nutshell, life is continuing on, just as it does.
